I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms offering lovely views of the garden and pools. The lively music from the beach added a nice touch, but it could be bothersome for some. The service was impeccable, despite a minor delay, with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was serene, although a bit secluded from dining options. The dining experience was exceptional, featuring a variety of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, especially the well-maintained pools.
The hotel has charming traditional Spanish decor in the rooms but lacks the promised lounge area. The location is good, although there are visible construction works nearby. Dining is a joy with a great selection of dishes, but it can be expensive. The service is exceptionally friendly and professional, offering various amenities to guests.
The hotel had very well-equipped, spacious, and modern rooms with great beds; it's a shame we didn't get a pool view due to low occupancy during our stay. The service was lacking friendliness and politeness, but the location was ideal near the beach with a slight feeling of isolation from amenities. The dining experience was excellent, especially the breakfast, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel rooms were equipped with everything you could possibly need, but the furniture was a bit cheap and the superior rooms had no view. The bar service in the afternoon was adequate, but the staff was not very polite. The restaurant service was good, but everything inside the hotel was quite expensive, and the beach club was far away with an additional cost to access. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay as I expected more for the price paid, similar to a standard Mercury hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and huge bathrooms, perfect for relaxation. However, the bar service was lacking in politeness and the beach club required an extra fee to access, leaving me feeling disappointed overall.
